Shipping policy

Effective date: 2026-09-14

This policy applies to orders placed in the MB „Indrilt“ online store indri.lt . The specific delivery methods available at the time, the final price and the estimated delivery time are always shown on the checkout page before the order is placed.

1. Delivery area

We deliver within the territory of the Republic of Lithuania, except for locations for which a specific service is not provided and which cannot be selected at checkout.

If a specific address or country cannot be selected at checkout, orders are currently not delivered to that location. You may contact labas@indri.lt about individual options, but such delivery is only possible after clear confirmation from the Seller and information about the price and delivery time.

2. Delivery methods and prices

The available delivery methods, the specific service provider, the price and the estimated delivery time depend on the delivery address, the selected service and the order. This information is shown on the checkout page before the order is confirmed.

Delivery methods may include delivery to a parcel locker or by courier, where such an option is shown for the specific address at checkout. Local pickup is currently not available, unless clearly stated otherwise in the store.

A free shipping threshold, if it applies to a specific promotion, is always clearly stated in the Store and is reflected in the final order total. If no such threshold is shown, free shipping does not apply.

Promotions or individual product pages may specify different delivery terms. These apply only if they are clearly stated before ordering and are reflected in the final order total.

3. Order processing

Orders are usually processed on business days. A specific estimated time, if it differs due to stock levels or other circumstances, is provided on the product page, on the checkout page or in the order confirmation. Weekends and public holidays of the Republic of Lithuania are not counted as business days.

Order warehousing, picking and packing services are provided to the Seller by „WePack“. Delivery to the selected delivery point is carried out by the carrier indicated at checkout. „WePack“ and the carrier are our logistics service providers, while MB „Indrilt“ is responsible to the customer for performing the sales contract.

The delivery time is the sum of the order processing and transit time. Unless agreed otherwise, goods are delivered to the consumer no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.

4. Dispatch and tracking

Once the order has been dispatched, the buyer is provided with a tracking number or tracking link, if one is provided by the chosen carrier. Tracking information may not be updated immediately.

The buyer must check that the order contact details, address, parcel locker and phone number are correct. If you notice an error, please contact labas@indri.lt as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee a change if the parcel has already been handed over to the carrier.

5. Delay or inability to deliver

If we become aware of a significant delay, we will inform the buyer and provide an updated delivery time. If the Seller fails to deliver within the agreed time, the consumer may set a reasonable additional period and, once it has expired, terminate the contract in accordance with the procedure established by law. If the contract is terminated due to non-delivery, the amounts paid are refunded without undue delay.

If delivery is impossible due to incorrect data provided by the buyer, an uncollected parcel or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, we will contact you regarding next steps. Any additional costs requested must be actual, reasonable and clearly explained in advance. This does not limit the consumer's mandatory rights.

6. Receipt of the parcel, damage and risk

The risk of accidental loss of or damage to the goods passes to the consumer only when they or a person designated by them, other than a carrier offered by the Seller, physically receives the goods. If the consumer chooses a carrier not offered by the Seller, the risk passes when the goods are handed over to that carrier.

When receiving the parcel, inspect the outer packaging if possible. If you notice damage:

  1. note it in the courier's document or in the parcel locker system, if this option is available;
  2. take photos of the outer and inner packaging, the label and the product;
  3. notify labas@indri.lt as soon as possible, stating the order number and attaching the photos.

Failure to take these steps does not automatically cause the consumer to lose their rights, but the evidence helps to establish the circumstances of the damage more quickly.

7. Partial delivery

We may split an order into several shipments only if this does not put the buyer at a disadvantage and does not incur unapproved additional costs. We will inform you of any partial delivery. The missing part is delivered within the agreed time, or the buyer is offered a lawful solution.

8. Delivery contacts

The return procedure and address are set out in the Return and Refund Policy. The registered office address is not automatically the place for returning parcels until it has been expressly confirmed as the address for a specific return shipment.
