Terms of service

Last updated: 14 September 2026

1. General provisions

These terms govern the purchase of goods in the online store www.indri.lt and the rights and obligations of the buyer and the seller.

Seller:

MB „Indrilt“
Company code: 307675117
Address: Raudondvario pl. 231, LT-47166 Kaunas, Lithuania
Email: labas@indri.lt
Phone: +370 654 09557

By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read these terms, the Privacy Policy, the Shipping Policy and the Return and Refund Policy.

2. Goods and information

The main characteristics of the goods, their price and, where applicable, variants are provided on the product page. The shade of products on screen may differ slightly due to device settings, lighting or production batch. This does not remove the buyer's rights if the product does not conform to the description provided or to the contract.

Goods must be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with the manufacturer's information and safety instructions. For products marked for professional use, the buyer must comply with the relevant usage requirements.

3. Placing an order

The buyer selects goods, provides the data required for the order, chooses a delivery and payment method and confirms the order. Before confirming the order, the buyer can check and correct the data entered.

The contract is deemed concluded when the buyer places the order and receives our electronic order confirmation, unless the confirmation states otherwise. The order confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the buyer.

If we are unable to fulfill an order due to a technical error, an obviously incorrect price, a stock discrepancy or other objective reasons, we will immediately inform the buyer and refund the payment received. An obvious error does not entitle the buyer to demand fulfillment of the order on terms that a reasonable buyer should have understood to be erroneous.

4. Prices and payment

Product prices are stated in euros including applicable taxes. The final order total, including delivery and other costs clearly stated before ordering, is shown on the checkout page.

The store uses the payment methods shown on the checkout page at the time. Payments may be processed via „Shopify Payments“. Once „Montonio“ is activated, the buyer will also be able to choose payment methods supported by „Montonio“. The „Montonio“ provisions apply only from the activation of this method and its selection for a specific order.

Payment service providers may apply their own terms of service and privacy terms. MB „Indrilt“ does not store the buyer's full payment card details.

5. Delivery

Delivery methods, prices and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Order warehousing, picking and packing services are provided to us by „WePack“, and delivery is carried out by the selected carrier. Detailed provisions are set out in the Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Withdrawal from the contract and returns

The Consumer's right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, its exceptions, the return procedure and refund conditions are described in the Return and Refund Policy. These provisions do not limit rights relating to defective goods.

7. Product quality and consumer rights

Goods must conform to the contract and to the quality requirements established by law. If the goods do not conform to the contract, the consumer may use the remedies provided for in the Civil Code. If you have a problem, please contact us by email at labas@indri.lt, stating the order number and the circumstances.

A commercial manufacturer's guarantee, if provided, does not remove or limit the consumer's statutory rights.

8. Buyer's obligations

The buyer undertakes to:

  • provide correct order and delivery details;
  • pay for and accept the order on time;
  • read the product information, ingredients, usage and safety instructions before use;
  • not use the Store for unlawful purposes and not compromise its security.

9. Liability

The parties are liable for failure to fulfill their obligations in accordance with the procedure established by law. No provision of these terms limits liability or consumer rights to the extent that such limitation is not permitted by mandatory legislation.

We are not liable for the Store not working due to circumstances reasonably beyond our control, but this does not release us from the obligation to perform contracts already concluded or to apply the remedies to which the consumer is entitled.

10. Intellectual property

Texts, photos, design, marks and other material in the Store are protected by intellectual property law. They may not be copied, distributed or used for commercial purposes without the permission of the rights holder, except in cases permitted by law.

11. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

12. Changes to the terms

We may change these terms due to changes in legislation, our operations or Store features. An order is governed by the version of the terms in force at the time it was placed, except where the law requires otherwise or the parties expressly agree otherwise.

13. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. We first invite you to resolve any dispute directly – please contact labas@indri.lt. We will respond to a consumer's written request no later than within 14 calendar days, unless the law provides otherwise.

If no agreement can be reached, the consumer may apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority, A. Goštauto g. 12, LT-01108 Vilnius, www.vvtat.lrv.lt, or to the competent court.
