1. Degrease the nail plate with NOTD Nail Prep.
2. Apply a base coat or NOTD Nail Polish Hardener S.O.S.
3. Let the colored polish coats dry.
4. Apply a thin coat of Top Coat and let the finish air-dry completely.

Use in a well-ventilated area and avoid inhaling vapors. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Flammable liquid – keep away from open flames and direct sunlight, and out of the reach of children.
