NAILSOFTHEDAY Cold Builder Gel is a professional line of low-temperature builder gels designed for nail strengthening, correction and extensions. The special LOW TEMPERATURE formula releases less heat during curing, providing more comfort even for sensitive nails. The manufacturer states that with this gel there is no need to reduce lamp power.

Cold Builder Gel offers an interesting balance of strength and flexibility: in a thin layer the material stays more flexible, while in a thicker structural layer it becomes strong. On the manufacturer's scale, its consistency is rated 3.5/5 and its hardness 4.5/5. This makes the gel convenient both for strengthening natural nails and for sculpting longer structures.

The NAILSOFTHEDAY Cold Builder Gel collection consists of six natural-looking, lightly pigmented shades:

  • Cold Builder Gel 01 – milky pink;
  • Cold Builder Gel 02 – nude pink;
  • Cold Builder Gel 03 – pink;
  • Cold Builder Gel 04 – peach;
  • Cold Builder Gel 05 – cool nude;
  • Cold Builder Gel 06 – warm nude.

The soft pigmentation keeps the nail looking natural while giving the structure a subtle camouflage tint. The gels in this collection come in 15 ml containers.

When to choose Cold Builder Gel?

NAILSOFTHEDAY Cold Builder Gel is especially suitable when you want to reduce the heat sensation during curing while keeping the strength required for a professional structure.

The gel can be used for:

  • strengthening natural nails;
  • reinforcing the structure of thin nails;
  • correcting nail architecture;
  • extensions;
  • fills and adding material;
  • sculpting medium and longer nails;
  • working with clients who are more sensitive to gel heat in the lamp.

The material cures fully in layers up to 3 mm thick, and high strength is achieved already in a structural layer of about 1 mm.
How to use
1. Preparation: perform a hygienic manicure, mechanically prep the nail plate and degrease it with NAILSOFTHEDAY Nail Prep.
2. Dehydration: apply NAILSOFTHEDAY Dehydrator.
3. Adhesion and base layer: choose a base system suited to the condition of the natural nail – NAILSOFTHEDAY Rubber Base, Scotch Base or Builder Base Strong Gel.
4. Sculpting: distribute the chosen NAILSOFTHEDAY Cold Builder Gel, build the required nail architecture and level the surface.
5. Shaping the C-curve: the manufacturer states that the material begins to set after about 5 seconds, and the C-curve can be shaped after about 10–15 seconds of initial curing.
6. Full curing: UV lamp – 120 seconds; LED lamp – 60 seconds.
7. If needed, file and finish shaping the structure after full curing.
8. Finish: seal with your chosen NAILSOFTHEDAY top coat – Universal Top, Glossy Top No Wipe, No Stress Top No Wipe Anti-Scratch, Glossy Top Wipe, Teddy Top Wipe or Matte Top No Wipe.
Important information
The low-temperature formula of Cold Builder Gel does not mean the product needs a weaker curing mode. On the contrary, the manufacturer clearly states that thanks to the reduced heat effect there is no need to lower the lamp power. Cure the product for the full recommended cycle – UV 120 s / LED 60 s.

Cold Builder Gel can be used in structural layers of up to 3 mm, but the thickness of the material should always match the architecture of the specific nail and the chosen sculpting technique.

If NAILSOFTHEDAY Scotch Base is used as the base, follow its own instructions – according to the manufacturer's current instructions, this adhesion base is used without Ultrabond.

Avoid contact with skin, use only as intended, protect from direct sunlight and keep out of the reach of children.
