NAILSOFTHEDAY Dehydrator

The dehydration step that prepares the nail plate for reliable adhesion.

NAILSOFTHEDAY Dehydrator – a dehydrator used right after Nail Prep and before Ultrabond or another primer. It removes remaining moisture from the nail plate surface, so the primer and coating products that follow adhere more effectively.

Its place in the application system

Second step after Nail Prep: the manufacturer's protocols consistently use this order: Nail Prep → Dehydrator → Ultrabond.
Used before most systems: bases (Rubber Base, Builder Base Strong Gel), builder gels (Smart Jelly Gel, Dream Gel, Platinum Gel, Brokat Gel), etc.
Exception – Scotch Base: before this base, the manufacturer specifies using Dehydrator but not Ultrabond, as Scotch Base itself acts as a strong adhesion layer.

Used in every professional NAILSOFTHEDAY system after degreasing to ensure maximum adhesion of subsequent products to the natural nail.

Who is it for?

An essential step before any NAILSOFTHEDAY application system – gel polish, bases, builder gels or polygel – regardless of the client's nail type.

1. After degreasing the nail plate with NAILSOFTHEDAY Nail Prep, apply a thin layer of NAILSOFTHEDAY Dehydrator.
2. Allow it to evaporate briefly.
3. Next, apply NAILSOFTHEDAY Ultrabond or, if using Scotch Base, apply it straight away according to its own instructions (without Ultrabond).

Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Use only as intended, in a well-ventilated room. Keep out of the reach of children and away from open flames.
